Overview
PilotCare was a prescription search & savings app platform designed to help users compare medication prices, access savings vouchers, and identify potential drug interactions. Competing in a space similar to GoodRx, the opportunity was to build a more intuitive, trust-driven healthcare product from the ground up.
As the sole Product Designer, I owned both branding and product for the company. I defined the visual identity, built the design system, and architected the end-to-end mobile experience. The challenge was simplifying complex, high-risk medical information into a clear, decision-support tool without overwhelming users.
I designed streamlined search flows, intelligent filtering, and contextual safety alerts that surfaced critical interaction warnings at the right moment. Every interaction prioritized clarity, hierarchy, and user confidence — balancing speed with responsibility in a healthcare environment.
In parallel, similar to the work I accomplished with Milligram (another project on my website), I led the rebrand, aligning product strategy and brand positioning into a cohesive, scalable platform. PilotCare was eventually acquired by Milligram.
The result was a fully designed healthcare application that merged pricing transparency, medication safety, and a unified brand system into a single, production-ready experience.
