TunesGo — UX & Brand Transformation

TunesGo (like MobileGo was later merged into another Wondershare product) was a desktop software, MAC and PC, used to free your music when working within, at the time, iTunes.

The Challenge

Similar to MobileGo, this was a reskinning for the interface project, based on core UX foundation that ad already been established in a lower-fidelity beta format from previous UX Designer— but the product had a very stale, conceptual temporary branding behind it as it was in a beta format.  Not only was the opportunity for my role to elevate the visual experience, but also strengthen the product’s market presence, define the brand, and lead the product landing pages and marketing initiatives..

Key Contributions

  • Conducted a full audit of prior discovery work, personas, user journeys, and behavioral data to ensure informed design decisions
  • Led end-to-end brand development, establishing a visual identity centered on security, simplicity, and motion
  • Designed scalable product landing page templates later adopted across additional Wondershare products
  • Developed a clean, reusable UI system aligned with the new brand direction
  • Partnered closely with engineering during handoff and implementation to maintain UX integrity through launch

This project strengthened my ability to step into an existing product, align with prior research, and elevate both brand and user experience at scale.
