Overview

My employer for the last 10 years, ThoughtExchange is a cloud-based, AI-powered engagement platform built to help leaders gather meaningful, open-ended feedback at scale — and actually do something with it. Unlike traditional one-way surveys, it enables dynamic participation – inviting participants to share ideas, rate each other’s input, and surface what matters most through collective intelligence.   

I joined as the sole Product Designer, brought in to reimagine the platform from the ground up – tasked with redesigning both the Leader and Participant Experiences. I led the full redesign of both experiences, evolving the product from a dated, embedded-style interface into a modern, intuitive SaaS platform, while helping create and scale a design team as the company grew. Over the years, we were able to scale our design department, partner with Product and Engineering to address usability gaps uncovered through research and real customer feedback, and improving over all experience. As the company scaled over 10 years, I was able to work closely with PMs to evolve the product’s features.
